Start · Access & intake
Ready to
start.
In three steps.
No scattered questions by email, no passwords in WhatsApp. This page shows exactly what we need, how to give us access safely and where to send it all at once.
The rule
Never share your password. Create an account for us.
Every platform lets you add a second user. We work with our own login, you can see what happens, and you revoke access with one click after launch.
A shared password cannot be taken back without changing it everywhere. An account of our own can.
How it works
Three steps, done once.
This takes about half an hour of your time. After that we can start without asking you anything else.
- 01
Give access
Create an account for Ekkora on your website and, where needed, at your domain host and Google Business Profile.
Steps per platform → - 02
Gather the material
Logo, photos, copy and how enquiries or orders reach you now. What is missing, we make together.
What we need → - 03
Send the intake
One form, one email. We reply within one working day with the planning.

Domain & DNS
Where is your domain?
For a new site or subdomain (such as order.yourcompany.nl) one or two DNS records need to change at the company that holds your domain.
- Not sure where your .nl domain is? Look it up at SIDN Whois: it shows the registrar (the company you rent the domain from).
- Log in there and check whether you can add an extra user. Most hosts allow this; see the list.
- If not, we send you the exact records (type, name, value) and you add them yourself. It takes five minutes and we stay on the line.
Extra user at your host
Step 2 · Material
What we need.
Send what you already have in one go. What is missing, we sort out together; it does not stop us from starting.
- LogoPreferably SVG or PDF; otherwise a PNG at least 1000 pixels wide.
- PhotosYour own photos of your place, team and work, as large as possible. Originals, not from WhatsApp.
- CopyWhatever you have: old site, brochure, menu. We rewrite, you approve.
- Brand styleColours and fonts if you have them. Otherwise we derive them from your logo.
- Enquiries and ordersHow do they reach you now: email, phone, form, web shop? And who reads them?
- System reportWordPress/WooCommerce only: the report from WooCommerce > Status. Paste it into the form.
Large files (photos, video) can go via WeTransfer or Google Drive to info@ekkora.nl.
Step 3 · Intake
Send the intake.
Everything we need in one message. Passwords do not belong here: this form deliberately does not ask for them.
After launch
Access back to you.
- Roles reducedThe Ekkora account moves to a limited role, or is removed if you do not take a maintenance plan.
- You stay the ownerDomain, code and accounts are in your name. We are a user, never the owner.
- Handover noteYou get a short overview: where everything is, who has access, what was set up.
- Forms testedEvery form and order flow is tested end to end before launch, with a real test email.
Questions
Good to know.
Is it safe to give Ekkora access?
Yes, through an account of our own. Your platform shows which users exist and what they can do, and you can revoke access at any time. That is how every professional studio works.
Why not just send the admin password?
Because you cannot take it back without changing it everywhere, and messages with passwords stay in inboxes and chats. An account of our own avoids both.
I do not know what my site is built with.
Enter your website address in the form and choose "Other". We will find out.
Does this cost anything?
No. The intake is part of the start of every project. You hear the price for design and build after the first call.
What if I have no website or domain yet?
Then we arrange it with you, in your name. Choose "No website yet" in the form.
